Details: Well the time has come that we need to get rid of this classic LOW INSURANCE. We have had for about ten years and it has served us very well. I have used it as a nearly daily driver to go to school and work for the past few years and it runs very well. the engine and transmission are in great shape. There are some problems with it though. The speedometer stopped working recently and consequently the odometer has stopped too. Also the passanger side rear door does not open. the locking mechanism is jammed and i havent had the time to take apart the door panel and fix it. The radio doesnt seem to turn on. There is also some rust developing on the rear quarter panels behind the wheels. A few years ago we had a respray done as the paint was starting to fade, but other than that its all original. You really must see this car, as it really is in nice shape. this car has not been restored, its in its original condition. This car could easily be fixed up to show condition by someone or just drivin around town in its current condition. Price: 1750.00 obo negotiable. It´s basically a clear piece of die cut vinyl fit to the front facia and part way up the hood to protect the paint from getting chipped. I´m the second owner of this car. The first owner must have had a pretty big aftermarket stereo in it, as all the wiring is still ran to the trunk (power cable, amplifier wires, etc.). None of the factory wiring was disturbed, the Bose stereo was put back in and is fully functional. There is a 6-disc changer in the trunk, factory installed.I don´t know what else to say about this car that every gearhead website, magazine and any blogger with two cents to add hasn´t already screamed about it. Even by today´s standards, it´s still a screaming sleeper that´ll get you to 60mph in just over 5 seconds, carry you and 4 other white knuckled passengers to the grocery store or comfortably cruise you down the highway all day long at Autobahn speeds, all the while get´in 23mpg.This car is super clean inside and out and needs nothing. I´ll back that up by putting it through Maryland inspection, at my cost, if I get my full asking price.
