Details: This is my baby my old banger, I drive it everyday and never brakes down, i take it myself to service for regular filter and oild stuff, not even smog,hahhahah ,I dont have to sell it but if anyone want to buy it for my asking price, CALL TEXT ME LEO 714-697-1097.As Mercedes technician for almost ten years, the 240D is the most reliable vehicle that Mercedes has and ever will produce. we all know that this vehicle is super fast car! but you cannot hurt this car mechanically if you tried. perhaps that is what makes this car last as long as you keep refreshing fluids, My other 240D had 348,900 miles. They are a tank, built when cars were meant to last, 40 MPG, it combines the best of German craftsmanship and so technologically advanced for its time, you will love it, it´s a car that you can inherit to your grand kids, the Benz Great German engineering and diesel engine will keep you going with the proper maintenance. Comfortable, classic and extremely economical, great car. It corners and handles like a sports car, but has a strong, stable frame which is perfectly balanced. the engine is design for good MPG therefore it may be underpowered to some people.it is ´manageable power.´will go forever. extremely reliable, you will never have the car break down on you,We recently had a 120 k miles service & shop went through the car from bumper to bumper including the engine to see what needed to be done. He told me that if he had not known the car has 120k miles, he would have guessed the car had around 30,000 miles on it. The only thing I strongly encourage is do the maintenance like the original owner had kept. I am 2-nd. owner of this beauty, I bought it from Insurance company CLEAN TITLE NOW (rebuilt history) after the minor accident it had damaging the right head light & grille (not even the bumper was damaged!)
