Details: I have for sale a 1988 mercedes 300e. It needs a new fuel regulator which is about a 350 dollar part. It runs decently now because that part is broken, but prior to that happening it ran great and will run great with it fixed. Good looking car that is a great conversation starter. New battery, 2 tires, spark plugs and wires, alternator, power steering, and air filter. Has a custom body kit. It is missing a sound system however, so that will be completely customizable for you! I had big dreas on what I would turn this car in to, but did not have the time or money to do it.I am willing to negotiate. Details: Engine runs great. Tranny, turbo, heater, and suspension need work. Lots of little quirks, but none to make it inoperable, i.e.. windows won´t work unless lights are off; engine shuts off by lever under hood; When in low gear you have to floor it to get power, but it works just fine in high gear. Mileage reads 205k, but if the trip odometer is reset, both odometers will get stuck for a few miles. Actual mileage is probably no more than 10k over reported mileage. This car was my daily driver. Also drove from LA to Utah in 2008, and Utah to New Mexico and back last summer with no problems. Has first aid kit; Plenty of space; Pioneer stereo AM/FM CD player; Includes Haynes maintenance book and rare factory service manuals. No emissions test needed for Utah.
