Details: Very nice car. Jet black 4 door sedan. Driven by a dealer for 10 years to and from work on the E-way. Body is in very good condition for the year. Car is fully loaded with every feature available for this year car. Leather interior, sun roof, CD player with 10 disc changer, power windows and locks and seats etc.. etc.. It has it all. This car has had $2500 worth of recent maintenance such as new shocks and complete tune up. Very well cared for and runs like a top. 250,000 miles. Mostly highway mileage. It was owned by a auto dealer and his wife drove it. Car needs minor work. MUST SELL. These are 400,000 mile engines in these cars. They just keep on going. The only real wear is on the front leather seats. They have nice interior color matching seat covers on them now that were ordered from a Mercedes dealer. The radio is in-op but can be made to function if you get the lock out code. The only other known issue is the rear window brake light needs to be re-installed. It also needs a new window cable for the dual pain rear window control. This is much nicer for the year than your average 1993. In fact the exterior appearance is a lot nicer than any 1993 thru 1998 I have seen. It has been titled a 1993 but it is a 1994. This discrepancy is do to its date of manufacturing and import to the USA. The S420 did not come out until 1994. When you look up the value it shows no such S420 in 1993. It does show it for 1994. Every time u try to find another 1993 S420 it cant be done because it is a 1994. It is however titled as a 1993. This is a very nice car for the $3300. The price is $3300. Details: I´ve owned this car for 3 years and used it as my daily driver. Great car, loved owning it and working on it - very easy to work on. 278k miles - bought it with 227k. I already bought a gasser MB, so this one must go. Runs great, starts well in the cold, no waste veggie oil. Gets 26-29 MPG in the summer, slightly less in the winter. Sunroof works great. Oil changes every 3,500 miles with only synthetic Rotella 5w40. Block heater works well in the winter.When I bought it, it was in rough shape, and I´ve worked hard to bring it back to factory spec. It´s not perfect, but a great car nonetheless. Currently it does run and drive, but for safety it should be thoroughly checked. As of right now the work that should be completed immediately is as follows:1. Front Ball Joints -- (Parts 120.00 per side)2. Battery -- ($104.00)3. Fuel Line Replacement -- ($80.00)4. 2 Tires -- ($150.00)5. Flush and Fill All Fluids -- ($150.00)The other items should be examined after the car has been driven for a week or so. This covers the mechanical issues. As far as the interior is concerned it is good shape, nothing major beyond the normal wear. All exterior and interior lights work. The heater blower works. Sunroof and passenger side windows work, but the passenger side may need to have the switches cleaned or replaced. Power seats also work, but the radio isn´t powering up. The wood trim that goes across the dashboard needs to be glued back on. On the exterior you will find Michigan rust around both rear wheel wells, as well as spot above the side moldings. This can be seen in the pictures. The trunk rubber seal needs to be replaced. Also the front driver side turn signal needs to replaced, and the whole car needs some TLC. I may have missed some minor issues, but that can only be expected since the car is 29 years old. Most importantly the car needs to be driven, and shows original.
